Services affected: Internet access will be intermittent, including email and wireless. Assume that all networked services may be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance period.
Services NOT affected: Any software installed directly on your computer that does not require a network connection should not be affected by the intermittent internet outages.
What is being done: Some campus wireless controllers are being replaced. We are making routine repairs, upgrades and patches to most networked services.
When is this taking place: Saturday January 5 2019, during winter break, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 noon.
What you need to do: If you must access networked services during the maintenance period, expect intermittent connectivity.
Further communications: Reminders will appear in the Mac Daily as the scheduled maintenance day approaches.
