Network Printing Service Restored, 8/2/18

As of 12:50 PM, ITS staff have found and corrected the problem affecting some networked printers on campus. You may need to restart your printer. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 696-6525 or helpdesk@macalester.edu.

ITS staff have found a problem affecting many network printers across campus. We are working to fix this problem as soon as possible, and will send out another notification when we have resolved it. Existing local printers - those connected directly to a computer via cable - should not be affected. If you would like a direct callback when the problem is solved, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 696-6525 or helpdesk@macalester.edu.
