1600grand Problems Resolved


As of 11:45 AM, the problems with Staff Time Reporting and Staff Time Approval in 1600grand (as reported below) have been resolved.  Both tools are fully accessible.  

If you have difficulty with time entry or approval in 1600grand, please report it to the ITS Help Desk, 651-696-6525 or helpdesk@macalester.edu.

This morning, Monday 7/31/17, several Macalester employees reported that they are unable to  access Staff Time Reporting in 1600grand. ITS Enterprise staff are aware of the problem and are working to fix it. We will report more information when we know it.  

Services affected: 1600grand’s Staff Time Reporting and Staff Time Approval

Services NOT affected: everything else

What’s happening: Staff Time Reporting and Staff Time Approval in 1600grand is not available.  ITS staff are working with our vendor to fix it.

When is this happening:  Monday, July 31, 2017 as of 9:00 AM Central time

What you need to do: You do not need to take any action.
