The iPrint system is down as of this morning, Tuesday March 29. iPrint is used solely by some Windows PCs which print through Novell; this problem does not affect Apple Macintosh printing, use of multi-function devices, color printing or printing in computer labs. ITS Network staff are working to resolve the iPrint difficulties. In the meantime, if you are a Windows PC user and cannot print, please call the ITS Help Desk at (651) 696-6525. We will help set you up to print directly to your printer, bypassing the problematic iPrint system.
